Product orientated Textarea

Hey!

I need some help with using textareas.

Expample:

It's easy to t-shirts as products, and to do a dropdown menu for
choosing color and size. But how can I add a textarea where
customer can write his own what text he like to be printed on the shirt??

And it should be product orientated!!!

For expample "1 shirt Red/XL" with text "I Rock", and other "Black/Small" with "Nerd"... ?????

You can add text-box to the order form (customer questions)
