Registration forms

Hmm, seems i'm a total nub.. :) How do you link the registration forms between them? the default site's 1st registration form doesn't send me to the second one when i press the register button, it send me to a blank page.
When i press register it sends me to this link http://www.fameheads.com/PublishedService?
