Problems Whid Paypal

Hi, I have added PayPal to my shop.
But I dont get it to work.
Have recived a order from a costumer and payd whid paypal but no money on my account. and Payment status "no payment status" on the records it sas "timeout".
Can some mone tell me whats wrong and what is my "Instant Payment Notification (IPN) URL" ?????
