I don't know anything about grafic design. I put "Link button picture URL-address" at the end, and it doesn't work. Where should I put it?

This can be easily done by adding ProductSpot element at the front page and checking checkbox "Product pictures are links to the product page" in Product Spot settings.

In ProductSpot settings you can also choose which group to show at the front page, f.e. NewProducts group.
